Raymond mill Overview
Since the early 1980s we have been designing and manufacturing both Raymond mill and Raymond mill (Raymond roller mill) parts under the Shibang Powder Machine brand.
Raymond roller mill ranges in size from 5800mm through 6500mm in diameter with powder as tiny as 0.044mm. Raymond mill features hydrostatic lubrication and can accommodate either a geared or gearless drive arrangement and are typically grate discharge and use metal liners. Worn grinding surfaces of this Raymond mill are reconditioned by welding. Spot repairs or complete resurfacing can be performed with the rollers in situ, if desired.

As is designed with professional experts, Raymond mill can be widely used in industries like mining, construction, chemical industry and metallurgy etc, with the final products 100 to 325meshed in diameter. Raymond roller mill is ranged in capacity from 0.9t/h to 6.3t/h, which is fit for small scale powder making.
Raymond roller mill can grind non-flammable and non-explosive stuffs which have the Moh’s hardness below 7, humidity less than 6%. The materials our Raymond mill can grind include quartz, feldspar, barite, fluoride, cinder, cement clinker, dolomite, limestone, gypsum, talcum, calcite, bauxite, granite, slag, gold ore, clay, kaolin, graphite, basalt, etc.
