Installation of Sand Making Machine
Sand making machine should be installed on concrete bed or steel foundation which can bear the weight times the same load.
According to different locations, workshop or open-air assignments, we install sand making machine to local conditions. When installation, we should try to keep main shaft of sand making machine vertical. Most plants are equipped with monorail hoist over sand making machine to facilitate speedy repair in the event of failure.
Check if any of the parts damaged and none of them missed. Make sure all parts are firmly connected and lubrication oil is enough.
Check if motor connection is correct.
Check whether the output voltage is within specified overvoltage and under voltage limits.
