Sand Machine Overview

SBM screw sand machine is mainly used for sand processing, stone washing, electric pole factory, building work site and concrete dam, various sands classifying and dewatering. These sand machines adopts inclination of 15°,　under the water tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool, the screw head is immersed in this pool, the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment pool, these machine have three functions of washing, dewatering, classifying.

The sand-making production line produced by our company can provide you with all-around technical support. The whole line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher, vibrating screen and belt conveyor. According to specific requirements, we can combine different models together to meet various needs.
